Evans Residential Designs was started in 1985. We are a Design/Build company with nearly 40 years of experience in design, new home construction and remodeling. Over the years we have built strong relationships with building trades, city officials and suppliers. This allows us to streamline our construction process. We have designed hundreds of homes for builders and individuals throughout the area. We use the latest in CAD technology. All of our plans are designed to meet the most current International Residential Building Code for One & Two Family Dwellings, The International Energy Conservation Code and the International Building Code.
